Respected Sir,

With due respect, I beg to state that I have given an application to the Officer, Office of the State Public Information Officer (Sub-Divisional Officer, ABC), Dist. ABC on 01.01.2017 and stated in the said application that “With due respect, I beg to state that I have received a notice issued by the Commissioner, ABC on 01.01.2017 vied Memo No. 01/ABC/N/BLDG/17-18.

I request you to give the following information in respect of above mentioned notice:-

a)   What was the reason for issuing the said notice?

b)   Whether any complaint is lodged against me in respect of any land or house?

c)   If complaint is lodged, name of the complainant.

d)   If complaint is lodged, copy of complaint is supplied to me.

e)   What is the result of the field inquiry held on 01.01.2018?

f)  What was the urgency in respect of the inspection on the same day when the notice was issued?”

That on 01.01.2017, State Public Information Officer issued a memo vied Memo No. 1000/1/(2)/RTI to the Commissioner, ABC Municipal Corporation and said copy of memo has also been forwarded to me but in spite of said memo, the Commissioner, ABC Municipal Corporation not provided the information’s.

So, I therefore, request you to take necessary measures so can I get the information’s according to my application 01.01.2017.

The copy of application dated 24.04.2017 and Memo being No. 1000/1/(2)/RTI dated 01.01.2017 are enclosed herewith.
