SEX EDUCATION MUST BE A PART OF SUBJECT. |
SEX EDUCATION
Sex
education is part of the curriculum at many schools & colleges which
remains a controversial subject itself in many countries. The way students are
taught SEX
EDUCATION has little to no positive effect on the sexual behavior
of today’s generation mainly Youths. Increasing support for abstinence only sex
education by conservative groups has been one the main cause of this
controversy. One of the another factor where too many people aren’t getting a compulsory
subject related to SEX EDUCATION at all, as
because of shaming or abstinence until marriage ceremony.
LACK OF INTEREST ! HOW IT CAN EFFECT?
As discussed my dear
readers that due to, too many people aren’t getting a compulsory SEX EDUCATION
as because of shaming or abstinence & for this reason countries with more
conservative mentality towards sex education and making it as a compulsory
subject have a higher incidence of STD s & teenage pregnancy.
HOW SEX EDUCATION CAN TRANSFORM PEOPLE’S LIVES & SOCIETY AT LARGE?
Now If our society will
get right education our mentality will be changed, our views regarding sex
education will be changed as because we can start making sense about the necessity
& importance about it as when a quality sex education taught by trained
educators or trainers who covers a wide range of topics which includes SEXUALLY
TRANSMITTED DISEASE (STD), CONDOM NEGOTIATION, DECISION MAKING, FAMILY
RELATIONSHIP’S, BIRTH CONTROL. Our society members can explore their values
about sex & relationships as they will gain the skills to maintain their
relationships & manage their own sexual health.
HOW GENDER NORMS ARE A “GATEWAY FACTOR” FOR A RANGE OF ADOLESCENT HEALTH OUTCOMES.
Comprehensive sexuality
education system that emphasize the way of thinking about gender & power
which is far more effective. Such programs can reduce the rates of sexually
transmitted diseases & early pregnancy. Young generation can adopt more positive
attitude about gender roles and use condoms & practice contraception.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SEX EDUCATION
Truly the requirements
are as follows - SEX EDUCATION must be taught by trained educators who will
cover a wide range covering information that must be technically correct regarding
contraceptives, about STD s / STIs / HIV / AIDS. Our concerned authority must
give a detailed State wide curriculum, State wide curriculum & School wide
curriculum. The information must be medically correct. The most important thing
which is required is Parental permission to take SEX EDUCATION.

DOES SEX EDUCATION TEACHES OUR CHILDREN TO HAVE SEX AT AN EARLY AGE OF LIFE?
No it does not, It teaches our children about
the social, biological aspects of leading a healthy sexual life in the upcoming
future which also grows their positive attitude. It doesn’t give knowledge
about physical desire of sex but gives awareness about sexual abuse, birth control
measures & prevention from various sorts of diseases which are transmitted
such as HIV/AIDs / STDs.
